QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree.  Teaching certificate preferred.

Experience in education is preferred.  

Demonstrate knowledge of current curriculum and instructional trends and techniques.

 

POSITION SUMMARY

Provide instruction to GED students in Marion, Washington, Nelson, and Meade Counties.

PERFORMANCE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide virtual and/or onsite instruction to GED students across the adult education region.

Maintain up-to-date data records and provide regular reports to the state level adult education office.

Research instructional practices for adult education.

Research and create appropriate instructional materials needed for adult education programs.

Unite with the community to explore & create workforce training opportunities for adults & industry.

Ensure routine calendar control and care to ensure time is leveraged towards priorities.

Collaborate and connect with Community Partners to unite people, place, and purpose.
